What currency are the prices I see in the site?

All prices are in CAD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders will be shipped immediately on business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. 

Tracking numbers will be updated immediately, after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number, please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary, but the average shipping time is 1-4 business days.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

All sales are final. However, if the product is defective, damaged or missing, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

No refunds or exchanges of the products will be permitted.

You acknowledge that market prices for rapid antigen test kits are evolving rapidly due to the Omicron outbreak in Canada and supply chain constraints. Price changes may happen from time to time, and are not grounds for partial refunds.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us by contact us.

If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Absolutely! Please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails. If you wish to get a prompt response, please attach your order number and address the problem clearly.
